Cracking or failure along newly taped/repaired seams completed by Sunrise Painting.

Moisture & Water Intrusion

Plumbing failures, roof or window leaks, groundwater hydrostatic pressure pushing through concrete, or moisture intrusion from behind walls and substrates.

Decks, steps, pool decks, or flat walkways where standing water collects and pools due to lack of natural slope or inadequate drainage.

Provide a brief description of the affected area along with 2–3 clear photos showing the issue and surrounding surface.

We will review your request, schedule a quick site visit if needed, and complete any necessary touch-ups or repairs promptly.

This warranty applies strictly to the original property owner named on the contract and automatically terminates upon any sale or transfer of property ownership.

Warranty coverage becomes effective only after the original invoice balance and any approved change orders are paid in full.

Paints, epoxy resins, topcoats, and specialty coatings are separately backed by their respective manufacturer warranties (e.g., Sherwin-Williams or Dunn-Edwards). Sunrise Painting provides labor for covered repairs under this 365-day agreement.
